We are looking for a receptionist who is responsible for customers and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of instructing clients to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering telephones and receiving messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Helping clients find their way around the Hotel.
Announcing clients as needed.
Helping to maintain workplace security by issuing, reviewing and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor records.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks that include copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Preparation of meeting rooms and training.
Answer phones professionally and route calls as needed.
Helping colleagues with administrative tasks.
Ordering and distributing mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Associate or degree in related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent and professional clothing and manner.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Competence in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and administrative procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as needed.
